after a crazy night of tornado warning, no electricity, a dead cell phone and a season finale of jersey shore; i have survived. It was a night out of a movie; first a day of walking to class in downpour and heavy winds leading to a power outage along the street of my apartment, putting all the street lights and the entire apartment complex in the dark. Then while having an italian tradition dinner to say goodbye to the jersey shore cast, news anchors interrupt to let us know a tornado might be in effect and to get to a basement, bathtub or closet for safe keeping....wait i thought this was arizona, we dont have tornados...and apparently we dont it was all just a scare and a "warning" nothing happened but just overwhelmed nervousness... it was a pretty eventful evening...and now waking up this morning to study for my "permit" test i have no voice and a very itchy scratchy throat..must be all the walking in the rain i've been doing...
well enjoy your friday and the rest of your weekend. and if you take any life lessons from this post it is to never listen to weathermen, they just like to scare you.
