today was my first day of class, my winter class that is....haven't taken a winter class before its pretty interesting a whole semester full of information crammed into three weeks.i lalready have a topic proposal due on thurs, an an assignment due on monday along with our first exam so you can expect me freaking out along with stressing like usual. but overall i think everything will end up going well....

i finally got a copy of the books The Sartorialist by Scott Schuman and The Style Strategy by Nina Garcia, as well as a surprise book--The Lucky Guide to Mastering any Style by Lucky's very own creative director and editor-in-chief



all great readings; if looking for something inspriational to read this holiday break, I would look into those!!

home for the holidays

Being away at school so much, I forgot that I am an older sister to 3 teenagers, a daughter to 2 loving parents and a granddaughter to two Sicilian elders.... i forgot what family is about and what the holiday is supposed to mean..being home for these past few days, really has been amazing, I'm loving every moment of it...My darling teenage sisters are a handful but there so unique and intelligent; where have I been the past three years that I missed them go from little kids to beautiful young adults. Time has flew by without me even realizing it.

I love the holidays, I love my family; I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!

LV Spring 2010

schools out. all asu students have fled home, or at least most of them have; cant believe christmas is literally 4 days away. i really wonder where the semester has gone, where the time was spent...
Now that schools out and all HERE employees have left to go home I am given the privilege of working all day everyday making up for my lost hours during finals week...as much as i love the money im making, im a little upset that its taking time away from being home with my family; i dont think i will officially be able to go home until Christmas eve; but its okay more time to spend Christmas shopping for the family.

New york had a winter wonderland blizzard this past weekend, as much as every nyer hated it, i was jealous of them. I wish i could see snow, i wish i could experience the cold.... six years of living in Arizona and only 1 trip back during this time of year; and that one time not one single snow flake fell...


okay its time to get back to work and make some sales...
