a summer thats only the beginning

after falling back into love with my internship, its time to flee.
after three amazing months, i must return to school
but i am not going home empty handed, I'm returning with more love and inspiration that i could ever ask for. I have been blessed to have had yet another fantastic opportunity to work with ms nicole and ms natalie. these two artistic and driven individuals push me each day that i work with them & if it wasn't for them and their generosity, i wouldnt have been able to experience this great and wonderful place of fashion.

and to end a wonderful summer journey, a lovely lunch took place at a beautiful and hangover curing...Pastis!!

this is my beloved city, the city that I have been living and breathing in for about 3 months now.
I love it here & you have come to learn this through time.
Since the moment I started my internship, I have been waiting to hear you say "Sam my flight will be arriving at..."
Now today, Aug 2nd, I can finally say I cant wait to see you tomorrow and for it to be actually true. Thank you so much for finding a way to see me. And though I have kept busy without you at my side, there wasn't a day that went by that I wasn't wondering how you were doing.

i thought it was the right choice considering my future outside of college will be here before i know it..
only thing- im terrible when it comes to worrying, i'm the queen of being nervous and scared. so while i sit at my little intern desk i will go through every possible blog and find fascinating images, to remind myself of why i want to work in this industry and how much i love it!
