after work yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting up with a friend of mine from school- turns out shes interning this summer too, and is living with her boyfriend in the city!!her boyfriend's place is nothing but perfection from a 34th and lex apt. sure its a complete bachelor pad, but its a pad in the city that i love and dream about living in!!!
best part of it was the lights from the empire state building found between the blinds of the window, while laying on the pull out bed of her living room couch. I fell asleep to the red white and blue of the building- a real "empire state of mind"
sleeping in the city- is officially checked off my bucket list
next, is being able to afford a place to live in the city!
